Hey guys! My name is Sonia. I'm a Freelance PA and Creator of PA On The Run. I started this business in the Whitsundays when I noticed a demand for temporary assistance to small businesses across the region. In this time I've supported a variety of local business owners including the Wellness Centre Proserpine, Airlie Auto, Your Queensland Wedding, PRD Nationwide, Total Weddings and Whitsunday Psychology, to name a few.
After moving to the beautiful Gold Coast I have spent the last couple of years working in a national marketing and events role for the National Institute of Integrative Medicine and NIIM Gold Coast, Australia's leader in Integrative Medicine. This included organising wellbeing seminars across the Gold Coast, creating marketing materials and managing their social media platforms.
I have over 12 years of experience including admin, marketing, social media management, personal assistance, event coordination, content writing, accounts assistance, office coordination, sales and reception. My experience includes working for many companies within the health industry including the National Institute of Integrative Medicine (NIIM), Swisse Wellness, Health By Bianca and Fresh Holistic Health.
